Refund Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
We stand by the quality of our consulting and advisory services. Below you’ll find our clear and fair refund policy for one-time sessions, packages, and monthly partnerships.
01Eligibility & Refund Window
For one-time programs and sessions, refund requests are eligible if submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided no session has been delivered and no digital materials have been accessed.
02Non-Refundable Services
Fees for sessions already delivered or digital materials already accessed are non-refundable.
03Unused Sessions in Multi-Session Packages
If you purchased a multi-session package and wish to cancel before all sessions are used, you may request a partial refund for any unused sessions, less the value of materials already provided.
04Cancelling Monthly Partnerships
Monthly consulting partnerships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged. Fees for sessions already delivered in the current cycle are non-refundable.
05Missed or Rescheduled Sessions
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide notice as soon as possible. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.
06Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error or charged multiple times, contact us immediately. We will review and, if applicable, process a prompt refund for the duplicate or erroneous charge.
07How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us using the information on the Contact page. Please include your name, the service purchased, and reason for your request. We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
08Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
09Chargebacks
If you have concerns about a transaction, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in forfeiture of future service eligibility.
